Steve Dougherty, CPA, MS-Tax earned his Bachelor of Science Degree in Accounting from San Diego State University, San Diego in 1983 and earned his Certified Public Accountant and Real Estate License in 1986. He received his Master's Degree in Taxation from Golden Gate University, San Francisco in 1997. He has provided expert witness testimony and support on over a dozen cases in local area courts. As a frequent speaker at tax law updates, Steve provides presentations to corporations, associations and service clubs, as well other CPAs.

Mr. Dougherty is also very active in the community serving on several boards and commissions including Make-A-Wish Foundation. He shares his life with his wife and their three children.

Lisa Dougherty, CPA, graduated from Fresno State University in 1992 with a Bachelor of Science Degree in Business, with a concentration in Accounting. She earned her Certified Public Accountant License in 1996.

Mrs. Dougherty is very active in the community and enjoys playing tennis. She especially loves spending time with her family.

Karen Schwerdtfeger, CPA, graduated from California State University Stanislaus, and has earned her Certified Public Accountant License.

Ms. Schwerdtfeger enjoys evenings on her deck overlooking beautiful Discovery Bay, gardening, and spending time with her family, especially her new grandchild.

Dulcy M. Buchan, EA, earned her Enrolled Agent designation in 2005. She graduated in 2016, from University of Phoenix, receiving her Bachelor of Science Degree in Accounting. She is currently attending Golden Gate University to pursue her Masters Degree in Taxation.

Mrs. Buchan enjoys family, traveling, and wine tasting with her husband Adam. Together they have two girls and three boys.

Amber Kunz graduated with honors from The University of the Pacific with a Bachelor Degree in Liberal Studies.

Ms. Kunz grew up in Sunnyvale and moved to Stockton with her fiancé, with the hopes of buying their first house. After a little bit of time, and patience, they were able to achieve this goal. Amber loves animals, music, good quality television shows, traveling, and spending time with family and friends.

JoAnne Mounce earned her Accounting Certificate from South Lake Tahoe Community College and later received her Associate in Arts Degree with Honors from San Joaquin Delta College in Stockton. JoAnne is a Certified QuickBooks ProAdvisor.

Her professional affiliations include:

• Lodi City Councilmember, elected 2004
• Lodi City Mayor, appointed 2008 and 2012
• President of the League of California Cities

Ms. Mounce is a third-generation Lodian and has been a longtime advocate of the aging areas of Lodi. For enjoyment, JoAnne volunteers for many community organizations such as Lodi Historical Society and the LRWF Unit.
